Definition

Kickoffs can not go out of bounds between the goal lines. Caution: These flags are generally reserved for onside kick attempts. Deep kickoffs that happen to go out of bounds are sometimes unflagged, and just moved to the 40.

30 yards from spot of the kick, or at the out of bounds spot.
